very terrible night I have ever stayed.. very rude behaviour the staffs have. when I reached at hotel..no one was there to co-operate. Room was old and very dirty and smells comes out. switches aren't working properly.finally I had to go nearby another hotel to stay. A family never be stayed that type of hotel. Goibibo should take action on it and my refund should be initiated

first hotel seen with this much issues.
1 tv was in bad condition
2 wash room tab is leaking
3 toilet seat is broken.
4 bed sheet is broken
5. blanket is broken
6 telephone is not working
7.curtuls are broken
8 no hot water
9 washroom is dirty and smelling

over it is pathetic, horrible, no privacy, insecure, non hygienic. instead of geeting photos why don't have a surprise audit or inspection to know the reality 🤬

Poor maintenance overall. Cleanliness was worst. Phone wasn't working and the TV too. Only good thing was that it was near the railway station.
