taken 3 rooms ,but we reached hotel by 6 am bcs my train timing is 6 am only for that we are asking one early checkin but they didn't provide ,the they charged again 1500 for late check out ..i know the policy of hotel check in was 2 pm check in and 11 am check out ,but for 3 rooms they can consider some 1500.rupees ...this is my first experience with vinayaga poppys ...sout indian meals are not available in restaurant...welcome drinks they are provide only for 12 am check in ..especially for north indians...not expected this from vinayaga poppys ...thanks for your partial hospitality ..

the hotel room was spacious but the hotel amenities were not so good. the towels had a irritation smell, the wash room was not upto the mark. had broken doors, bad foul odour even after a clean up by their house keeping.

Good and clean rooms. A good hotel to stay while in rameshwar. Bear to temple. Clean and spacious rooms.

worst checkin experience as they made us wait almost an hour in the middle of night with family and kids at their reception accusing us that they only have 1 room reservation for us whereas we booked 2 rooms . later they have to agree after assisted us in smooth manner

the hotel is really nice. i wouldn't say it's 5 star however a decent one with excellent hospitality. rameshwaram usually doesn't have good hotels and this is among one of the best. it's budget friendly, food rates are decent and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. service wise i would rate it 5 star. you can book it without any thoughts.

I stayed in Poppys Hotel Madurai before staying in their Rameshwaram property, Vinayaga by Poppys. The stay was comfortable at Vinayaga by Poppys. But if you compare that with Poppys Hotel in Madurai, then there will be a little disappointment, like the rooms are not as big as Poppys Hotel in Madurai. While the hotel staff were putting all efforts to make the stay of guests as pleasant as possible, they seemed short-staffed. Overall the service was good. All the staffs were humble and hospitable and provided good service. Its a safe place to stay. Kali Dass and other staffs in the restaurant provided good service.
