location is near railway station, walkable, rooms are clean and big, staff members well behaved, Specialy Mr Tapan da, is supportive. love this place.

The stay was pretty decent. It was a walkable distance from the station. The room and washroom was neat and clean except for the blankets given. The service was not up to the mark, we had to ask multiple times for getting the blankets exchanged. Overall it was a good experience .

worst ever stay, there are goon at the reception manners level is ZERO, very old room ac nt working, there is no basic animities liek DRINKABLE water, towels are very very old and cant use, vacated within two hours and took another room nearby

I do not recommend this property and urge Goibibo to investigate.
Core issues
Misleading branding – Two different names (Vinayaka Inn & Vinayaka Suites) share one reception. It feels like a bait‑and‑switch; guests can’t be sure which hotel—or quality—they’re booking.

no food, no restaurant
room linens are not clean
no houseboat keeping or room service
even you can't get plates in room to eat outside food.
I have given 2 ratings to them because they arranged a single non AC room even after the checkout time and for 30 mins to freshen up before we left Coimbatore at 4 pm. other wise ratings to be 1.

1. Not worth staying.2. No mineral water except a broken & cracked small camper3. No toiletries except a soap dispencer4.Bedsheet found torn on entering. Replaced after complaint.5. Linen of third grade- shabby looking, torn6. Broken hooks for hanging clothes 7. Set top box hanging giving a look of a jhopri/ shanty8. Plywood of door broken. No hot water 24x 7 only morning hot water comes , no minaral water
