Nobody served welcome drink as mentioned in hotel facilities, Complimentary Water was not provide on time, Bathroom kit also not sufficient. Overall we had average experience and some problem while staying at hotel.

I was looking for a budget stay in Udaipur and finalized on this property.
I was travelling with family (small child), without personal vehicle. This property is very near to main road where you can avail auto/taxis.
Staff was very supportive. Kitchen was accessible and staff provided warm milk (even during night) when ever I asked (BTW I used to carry some raw milk for my child during whole stay and staff used to warm the milk as and when required).

Mattress was like Hard Rock. Toilet faucet was broken. AC broken. Bedsheet were not so clean. Blanket were not clean.
