I checked in at 12noon, today the 16th April. Drinking water provided at a cost. Hand wash not provided. Soap bar was provided only after asking. TV plug does not work. The water jet spray alongside the WC is defective - have complained but no response. Mosquitoes in the room. Have asked for a repellant - no response. Service kitchen is not operational so had to order food through zomato. Less than average amenities. If there is a refund process available, I would want to check out tomorrow i.e., 17th April and move to another hotel.

staff members were always ready to help.. The rooms were clean and fresh..finally villa is supper for family functions.. we spend great time.. here thank you for giving good hospitality.. I want to visit again..when I came to kakinada.

We are extremely happy with the property, very surprised to see a fully furnished property for affordable price in a smart city kakinada.Staff responded well and took my feedback aswell. note you have a bath tub aswell to have fun😉Recommended for couples, family or partying with friends.
