very excellent hotel, area is also nice and green,room is big and very good looking, the best part is restaurant all foods whatever we ordered very tasty.

My experience ...the beach view from the hotel and the weather is very good, but as it is amidst the woods , we saw insects, ants, cockroaches, big spiders even in room and bathroom, we even called the hotel staff for help They are prompt in helping us. But it is little far around 3km, from the main centre of Gokarna..and on the way there are no street lights And so ....people should plan accordingly Food is very average in their attached eatery I must say Staff and owner mam are very friendly, they try to accomodate the guests very nicely Overall my experience is 3star

great place service staff ambience would definitely recommend. the food is also great. no inconvenience is caused at all. would definitely recommend to all the tourists. it's budget friendly and hassle free stay. ample of parking space. don't worry about the pics I clicked them while check out.

It was a wonderful experience, only thing is they should arrange Coffee, Tea and any other beverages from 6 AM onwards instead of 8 AM as many of us wants to start our day with a small cup of coffee/tea before we take bath and get ready for day outing. If the restaurant owner is not able to do this, at least the hotel owner should ensure to keep black coffee or tea with jaggery powder packets at a common place for guests to do self-service without depending on any one for help. The best part of the stay was the surroundings. The place has nice greenery all around and a very quiet environment. There is a patio outside the room where one can sit and relax in the evening. Room size and bathroom was also decent. We stayed only for few hours here as we had a bus to catch. But I wished I stayed longer. But one thing that I would like to mention is that this place is a bit far from the main Gokarna town so it is better to have a rental two wheeler or a dedicated cab to take you around if you plan to stay here. The surroundings were really nice.
