A very good staying experience at hotel Viswa residency, sunrise can be clearly seen from the top terrace of the hotel as the best arrangement for watching sunrise as well as sunset. co - operative staff and good rooms. I will strongly recommend this hotel as being economically affordable.

This is very shady hotel. They have no reception and It's very scary in night. Not recommended for solo travellers for sure. Pictures and hotel is totally different.

1. Dirty and Unkept Premises
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below standard.
The room was not ready when we arrived, despite being informed it was prepared. Upon pointing out the issues, the staff argued that it was ready, which was very unprofessional.
2. Hygiene Issues
The bathroom was dusty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival.
The pillows provided were dirty, with noticeable brown stains, which was extremely unhygienic.

The staff behaviour in good. Rooms / Bathrooms are clean. Room/Bathroom is quite spacious.There is dedicated parking for cars&bikes. This is a nice budget option.
