bhot hi gatiya hotel hai aur staff to ek number ka kam chor hai maherbani karke koi bhi is hotel me na ruke service bekar hai ghatiya hotel

Very 3rd class services , He asking extra money for any accessories and it's very 4th class communication along receptionist also the room is very dirty and not clean and all room material very very old pls don't stay there i suggestions to all of

location is nice, walkable from railway station, room service is also quick and good, but food is just average, also ac was not working in the room in which we stayed, after complaining, it worked for some time, but in night around 1 pm it again was not working properly and was not cooling at all.
just average, not a pleasant experience and will not recommend anyone

Not worth to spend a single day.. properties is 25 year old and when I asked reception for service and facilities, he has only 1 excuses they property is 25 year old and this government undertaking property so I can help much.

I had a wonderful experience staying at VITS The environment was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the canteen and food department; the quality of the food and the service provided were outstanding. Every meal was delicious and served with care, which added to the overall positive experience.

No mat before bathroom was provided. We had to call it from room service. TV remote was not provided, hence TV could not be used. The quality of breakfast was ok.
