Excellent stay. Located on the pune bengaluru highway near karad.
Staff are very warm and welcoming and service is spot on.
Rooms are spacious.
Dalchini restaurant was very good and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Clean property with additional amenities like wheelchair and luggage trolleys. Spacious rooms and wonderful ambience. However the food needs to be more palatable

i had the best experience staying here. was really helpful. he will go out of the way to help you. from the front office are well spoken. i will surely recommend you to stay here. just one issue in the restaurant, there is a man who was kind of racist cause when i gave him a smile he was sitting there with a poker face. it was quite insulting. other than that i had a good experience. so i did not make a complaint to anyone. but thought to let others know.

Overall stay was good, however there is scope of improvement and small things needs to be taken care like there is no soap dispenser near wash basin, intercom numbers for HK, reception are not mentioned was in room, buffet spread menu doesn't have names of dishes beside it (how do we know if it's veg or non veg )
Staff are nice and helpful, location is beside highway
Good but there is scope of improvement and make it better.
