I am from New Zealand and Half hybrid duel citizen. came from so far to see my partner who sick and we had chance to spend some time but this hotel not allow to us as she only has pan card and not able to find other id. I stayed here for 4 days but not happy enough and please do not stay here in this hotel. being intentaional traveller i never seen this sort of things in any 3 4 5 star hotel. such bad experience. not recommand for any couples or international traveler. better stay in others hotel.

exceptional stay at vits shalimar ankleshwar, located in greenery and surrounded by lake, greenery.
i had an outstanding experience during my stay at vits shalimar ankleshwar. from the moment i checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the front desk team was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. the check-in process was smooth.

Not worth it, the rooms smell so bad I complained so many times but after 11 o'clock they are saying sir we will change the room but I refused.

nice hotel but slow service, pool was not in use. rooms were clean and neat.
