Very poor service. Did not provide any towels or soap upon reaching there. There are 2 bottles of mineral water included with booking but they refused to provide them. He said you have to purchase it at INR 20 each otherwise use cooler water for drinking. Bedsheets were dirty. AC remote was not provided. Also food arrangements to be made by us from outside. Not at all value for money. Beyond all this receptionist said we did booking at very low price. Otherwise property is more expensive if we had walked in. Would not recommend for anyone. Overpriced for no facilities at all.
