no photoi booked a stay at hotel viva palace through goibibo with an upgraded room promised, but unfortunately, the property staff denied the upgrade at check-in, which was disappointing.😕 experience:the room given was not up to the mark — poorly maintained and didn’t match the photos or description.overall cleanliness and comfort were average, and the service didn’t meet expectations.

We were at the Maharaja Suite. Very spacious room. Staff behaviour was also good. They even have airport drop offs. A pleasant stay altogether

the hospitality of staff members was really very good. cleanliness is also upto mark. TV was not working neither the staff members showed any interest to make it functional. the amount charged for food items is way much more than the value of commodity amount.
