Bedding, side table and floor is full of insects, we complaint to manager he just change bedding then we strongly request to change room, he changed then. Hotel flooring and roofing is of wooden and little bit old stink smell. Balcony is common and shared with other rooms. So privacy can be a issue. Hotel is at hill top of simsa village between apple farm. Roof top restaurant and Breakfast is good.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a neat and clean property. However, there are two areas of concern: the absence of a lift, which could be challenging for elderly or sick individuals, and the limited parking space available.

average amenities, not worth for the price. wifi is major problem it do not properly frequent disconnection , no internet, i have airtel sim network coverage was poor in hotel and nearby area. cleanliness was 3/5, amenities 3/5, food was 2.5/5

we recently stayed at vivaan and the whole stay was awesome with there caring attitude. siddharth make it flexible all the options for us and the hotel staff was very cooperative. amazing view of whole manali and mountains. one of the best place to stay... they need to improve on the food part as quality and prices do not match...
