Not a Vivanta experience! The check in was slow and I had to carry my bags. The food was served cold on my first day. The plates would pile up, no live counter; the buffet food was spicy and oily and I felt bloated after eating it! Very little variety in comparison to other hotels in this category. Nothing to right home about. The teabags kettle etc. are kept in the cupboard. The bathrooms are small. The temperature control for AC is confusing and is super chilled throughout! The room organisation is not thoughtful.
I had to carry my own luggage! No live counter, the buffet food was cold

only problem is ac.. after switched off the ac still it's very cold...

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. the staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. i would definitely recommend this place to others

It was an excellent stay for us, Enjoyed thoroughly, We need early check-in yesterday,it was given, stay was comfortable ,pool view room was given ,bed and linen everything was cool , It is christmas time and full festivitiy is prevailing and making it memorable one stay at Hotel. Beautiful decoration and Santa Claus' was distributing gifts and chocolates to kids.
Amenities, hygiene and Staffs support were excellent. Morning Breakfast was sumptuous and everything was there for our requirement ...more

2.access to all major shops and food court
3.value for money
4.no proper welcome and check in
5.staem bath not working , sauna need prior intimation for the access
