Stay was for overnight. As my old parents accompanied with us and Since the pillow and towel had slight turmeric strain, they fined us around 600 rupees. Parents felt embarrassed and it was a first time experience. The front end staff was looking so stiff as if the hotel policy was not to smile. Never had a stiff and fined experience. They Have to improve on many factors.

hotel is good...but not worth money...rest rooms are okay....last day lights and fan was not working....in room cleaning they are not changing the sheets they just fold it....locker safe is not working....it's ok to stay 1or max 2days...

stay is excellent. reception welcome is warm.stayed in room no 309. room looks little old. i don't know what is boutique. morning complimentary breakfast was excellent .my driver told me that driver's accommodation was very filthy.

The hotel is on the main area- near Chatram Bus stand. Nice Ambiance. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Neat and clean lobby. Courteous staff. Easy access. Parking space is available in the basement with very steep ramp. Good drivers will have no problem. The Breakfast spread was good. Value for money.
