Poor Experience at Hotel VK Bhandara. Wrong Room Provided than the one which was Booked. Work Desk was in Inclusion, Wasn't provided. The bathroom was Unclean and the towels were Proper. Even Water wasn't provided. The Staff is Unprofessional and argues unnecessarily. Pathetic Experience.
