to anyone who want to book this hotel, pls think twice, an extremely poorly managed hotel. the property was showing 80 per cent occupancy however when we arrived there late evening , we learnt out of 80 rooms only 8 were occupied, the doors were not working, the key detector was faulty, the food was average and there was no choice given breakfast buffet was not available as the property was under booked, the serving staff at the restaurant looked as if they did not want to serve. hi, i am glad to share my review for my stay at vrindavan anandam resort. first of all the location is very far off and it is very difficult to commute to and fro from temple or other main location. house keeping is very poor and staff attitude is very casual. no proper toiletries are given. bathroom in untidy with broken sink. food is good.

it’s quite an old resort, and the condition of the rooms and facilities kind of tell you how much the owners and their managers care about the property. when we arrived, the rooms had a lot of dust and wasn’t cleaned properly. the bedroom was stinking, so we had to sleep one night in this situation and get it cleaned next day. they also do not have enough heaters for all their rooms, the few they gave us were old and noisy. one of heaters had no plug. the pictures of the rooms are quite fancy, but the property looks rundown completely.
