No good service,Hot water by Geaser not working,Bed sheets and Towels provided are torn.No room service at all.AC not working.no sweepers available for cleaning corridors and staircase.Think 100 Times .I will neveradvice to go for a single day

1. Tv and refrigerators were not working2. There was current in the water due to 3. No food facilities - they don't even provide tea or lunch.4 Manager is rude. Don't know anything and his phone is switched off most of the times. Staff reception consisted of underaged childrens building is very old, doesn't have any security. fire safety equipments, camera etc. are all missing.This is just a place for unmarried couples to have some fun . For the sake of your family's safety don't ever visit this place.

Away from the hustle of town, a quite place to live. At first u will feel that u have come inside a residential society. There are 3 different receptions in the premises but the rooms of all properties are of same type. The reception of Banke Bihari holiday homes and Vrinda Homes is same. The society has a children park, a large parking and a swimming pool also (not functional). all the 15 things that were listed in ur list nothing was available it's a just a mere presentation of fraud. In bathroom there was nothing up to the mark the tap was broken nd no one was their to repair it. Tv was not working, refrigerator was not even cooling, no towel provided, no complementary drinks given infact the water bottles which were given to us we were charged for it. location good. 15 mins from shree banke bihari g temple.friendly environment. only they needs to upgrade rooms hygiene and infrastructure
