Basic hygiene was not followed, Rooms was not clean, especially the washroom was not good washbasin was broken, taps was dirty. flush not working properly..room wall was having seelan...this time it was a total waste of money. I included breakfast in booking, but they refused to order according to me. they said it is fixed menu. If the menu is fixed then why is it not disclosed during booking. taken a higher amount while not served as per the value of booking.not recommended at all. and I also will avoid it in future...

I recently stayed at VRINDA PALACE and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I booked 2 rooms in it for my mother and all elder ladies as they went for spiritual tour , but hotel gave them rooms in which Ac , flush and intercom was not working , they complained multiple times at reception but it was of no use. This property is listed under GoStays so i complained at customer support and after this only they agreed on changing the room and in that also light was not working properly. Not recommend

The stay was good and comfortable. Room is also good. They just have to have to work on outside cleanliness and hygiene. And the price was a bit high as per the stay.

It was a great stay with family, its value for money deal. Location wise good area. E-rikshaw connectivity is nice. In short the good behaviour of the staff is equal to a comfortable stay.
