i think in my opinion this is a very everage property but neemuch is a small town so thare was a not many choices

i book room for 2 days/1 adult,never come for room cleaning.and I gave my clothes for laundry but till my check out time my clothes are not given me return and also not given to laundry. i had waiting my clothes for 1 hour.never come to this hotel again.

Hotel is 7km outside the city. Price to Value is average. If you opt for breakfast there is no buffer service. they give you limited option for breakfast and even say it will take time for this order. so I advise the don't take the breakfast option, go directly for order from menu.

The hotel was good but there are a few basic things which were missing like - amenities were not there. I asked for Iron. There was a cold response to that.
No bellboy service or no greetings at the gate by the staff.
The telephone was not working and it seemed like no one even bothered for that.
