the room provided was very smalljust had a bedthis is the room they gave to me. room number 112even the bathroom had broken wardrobesI told them to change room but they deniedAnd they have all different types of room on same floor!! I saw other deluxe rooms also which were wah better and spacious

I booked 3 bed room, but they didn't provide the 3rd bed .
You can't order any specific , you can order only fix rate thali.
Location is ok , parking is also an issue.

I had the most pathetic experience at the Hotel Vrindavan Gardens. I booked a deluxe room with an extra mattress for me and my parents.As per the facilities mentioned on my booking voucher, mineral water was included. Hotel staff was totally unaware of this. When I asked them to provide me atleast 1 complimentary water bottle as mentioned in my booking, they were all lost. I liked it very much because there is a lot of peace, and from here Shri Bake Bihari Mandir is 1.5 kms and Nidhivan is also 1 km, but Prem Mandir is 7.5 kms, everything else was good, hotel staff was also fine.
