A pleasant stay & comfortable stay with a wonderful view. The hotel is situated near to the temples and is easily accessible. The owner is very good and resolved problem promptly.

It sounds like the staff's behavior and room service are generally good, but there are issues with missing items like clothes hangers and hooks for hanging clothes. Also, it seems there might be delays in serving plates when ordering food.
