Room service and food are not up to the mark. Network is not working on ground floor even wifi service is not reachable 😝😝.

The stay was goo,even the staff was supporting and understanding the needs and concern. I will recommend this to my friends too Place was calm,no traffic noise but cleaniness need to be improved

I called Reception they picked and put my call and when I reach at reception they said voice issue can you imagine intercom voice issue I have worst experience here and in morning I inform them TV is not Working but till night 9:27 TV not recharge I will check out from here

Food was cold and bland and everything tastes the same. the bathroom was tiny and dirty we had to call repeatedly to get it cleaned. oftentimes they didn't have the food but never bothered to inform us. I booked the hotel because they had wifi connection but never got it. every time I asked them to turn it on they would say "yes ma'am doing it" but never did it. they simply kept the device turned off.

Room is average, booked premium which size is just fine... Deluxe are much smaller, food and room service is good.

At 11:30pm needed a bottle of water tried all nos including mobile one which given for midnight, no one picked... Gone to reception no one was there... In evening wanted to see cricket match was not available... Pathetic management... Bathroom is so small you can't extend your hand... I booked executive room... Horrible experience
