only limited breakfast and doesn't have any customer choicenot value for the moneyonline cost, which was paid, is much more than on the counter price. *not accepted*very small room

Rooms are good but basic facilities like hot water is missing. You will not even get coffee. Nice place for just to sleep.

Excellent room condition from bedsheets cusions to bathroom facilities,with all amenities,room service is quick, i was booked 1 deluxe room with front city view and a good atmospheric area, comfortable stay and love it❤️

We requested for 2 queen size beds, but we got only 1 queen size and 1 single bed. Although we paid the complete amount why is this. When asked the same, I was told that hotel management was about to cancel our booking. If this was already informed management, then why was it not discussed with us. I have paid the complete amount and one of my family member was not having bed to sleep. This was not upto the expectations.
