the cleanliness was horrible with stains on the bedcover the food facility was not there so we had to go to other hotel to have lunch and dinner for breakfast we had to ho ask, call them twice and after that they brought the dosas from somewhere else and which was having insects inside, we couldn't eatand while telling this to manager he simply said we don't have control over it, then stop selling with breakfast plansit was definitely most horrible experience i ever had

Hotel ambiance is good but I have received Non-ac room which was very small not justified the amount charging for room. Food was okay. It is on hill top and u can enjoy the sun rise view

The standard room was very small compared to the price. Bedsheet linen was dirty.pillow covers too. they changed it after we reached. they made us wait outside for 10 min for changing

i’ve stayed here. the rooms are so small and can’t even walk inside the room. the prices quoted by the owners are very high as compared to the facilities available . the attitude of reception manager is highly egoistic , with he not even ready to listen what we are trying to conveyfood - less said the better. the overall quality was very poor , and each order will take minimum 45m time. in fact dinner took more than 2.5 hrs overall.

the hotel is located in nice location. the property is clean and well maintained. the disappointing part was their complementary breakfast. the taste of food is pathetic and the amount of time they take to serve.

no car parking, wifi and tv is not working, restaurant ceiling is dripping and falling on the food plate, poor service, money minded staffs, receptionist is rude.. very bad experience.. not recommending

Lovely place to relax and spend some family time.
I booked my stay here to celebrate my kids birthday and relax with family. Food was good and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Anil who was helpful and arranged for everything when needed.
