This time I am very disappointed with the room provided in pre. Ium category, I paid for premium category, but room provided was ordinary, as per the receptionist told me, that u have not got luxury room, but I really paid for luxury premium category room, Overall the room was so stinky, walls are no property painted, bed linen was dirty and bedsheet blanket was very bad, don't recommend this to anyone I chekout one day early, because the room was so bad,

I booked room for my client but hotel manager misbehave for early arrival and change rs2000 ......and at time check out again change 2000rs for sharing.

review: one thing i don't like in this hotel, for hot water we have to cancel at rec every time and ask them hot water and again have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes which is very frustrating

The room is in the very worst condition The chair is also very poor The sofa is in teer condition. Mosquitoes are in the room.very small room .. and staff is also not cooperating. kettle is not working and I had booked a premium category room then I faced such issues if I booked normal room than I can't supposed what should I got here

service is very slow and washroom are not clean properly no dental kits at room after request for dental kits they provide after 45 mins i choose premium balcony room but they provide normal premium room and also very noice of phone coming from out side continuously from morning 8 am to 11 am its very disturbing they have to work on rooms soundproofing and room was not fresh its looks very old ac remote was not working properly so i never book this hotel again ...
