old heritage hotel with victorian style old architechture and antique furnitures. service was nice and staff were very helpful. the hotel and specially gardens and lawns are very nicely curated and maintained.
only one point to mention, the in room dining is not upto the hotel class. no problem with the service, but, the quality and taste of food is absolutely not in tune with the class of the hotel. we ordered pizza and provided a pizza with pre cooked pizza base which is utterly a very low an ...more

this is one of the most beautiful place to stay in pachmarhi. the resort is soo peaceful and the garden and surrounding is really beautiful. the open restaurant makes the food taste even better.
we had also planned our anniversary candle light dinner and the staff was really helpful and supportive. i loved the experience i had with welcomheritage golf view. i would definitely stay here whenever i visit pachmarhi again.

they ask money for every food order. i mean when u order chilly paneer and ur bill is 500 they ask money at delivery time

Great Service & very comfortable stay. Good Quality food with less spices just like home. Staff is very kind & provides many indoor games options. This is Non veg ( This is Mahadev temples area). Drinks in rooms is okay. Green gardens & bigger size rooms - bath with lot of greenery surrounding.

The staff at the reception engages in profiteering and cheats customers in booking external services. Extremely unethical practices. Do not recommend stay at a place where cheating is above service.
