Rooms smelled very bad. my first experience with this hotel was bad right from check-in.
The receptionist kept calling me to the reception and then asking me to wait. I am afraid if I go there again, I will never get the room on time.
Their Check in experience is just too tedious.
Please clean your rooms before allotting.
