It was great experience.
Staff was awesome.
Restraurant staff was exceptionally good.
Food for kids was really good.

the location hospitality service and staff was perfect . full marks to all . specially akhil verma went steps ahead out of his formal duties to help us out. Salute to his spirit. Want to see him promoted next time I m at itc hamsa . only flip side of the coin was it's travel desk . itc being professional must refrain from travel assistants like sahil nayyar. once the weather got horrid , this guy charged rs 12000 for a driver to drive my car till Nehru kund that is hardly 2 km . location is 6 km north from main manali but if you have your car then it is not a problem..rest super good property
