Not a good hotel to stay. Its not upto mark like other itc hotels. Buffet food also has no variety of foods. It's waste of money to eat buffet. Not happy

room was spacious and nicely equipped. hotel overall was pleasant and location was great. staff was courteous and helpful. food generally seemed good but we were not too happy with the pizza and pasta. breakfast buffet was nice with lot of options.

Great stay. The only problem was that the power kept switching on and off and the generator took 30secs to start so we had an evening riddled with power start stops (more than 10 times)

Tarnishes the ITC brand. I stayed at this hotel on 11th Feb and in all I didn’t like it at all and you should certainly avoid this place. The only highlight was the exceptional service by Shayam in Madhuban restaurant, he was really courteous and attended to all our needs. Not sure how long they have been operational but it looks like a small town wannabe 5 star hotel and here are the reasons to support this argument:1. Wonderful stay at Rama International. The staff is very friendly and polite. The property is old but is maintained very well.
