We stayed here for one night on 31st May 2025. The room was spacious and the stay was very comfortable. However, the buffet was not upto the mark. The dinner buffet had only two non veg starters and both were not that much tasty. Dessert section was loaded with mangoes in each and every item like cut mangoes, whole mangoes, mango pudding, mango cake , mango cheese cake etc. There were very few options for those who don't like mango flavour. we stayed for 3 nights but there was no change in the breakfast. Few changes with puri and sabji. But you will the South indian food at the hotel. If you are ordering something after 4 PM then you will have to search for the staff and service is pathetic. we loved the welcome itc at Amritsar but not the same with bengaluru. you must go for other options...

my experience with welcomehotels by itc was fantastic. i chose this stay for a week-long business trip and it was beyond great!. the staff was attentive, pleasant and always greeted me with a smile. the room, though compact was sufficient for a solo traveler. i am not sure if all deluxe rooms are of the same size or i got alloted the smaller one as i was travelling solo. however, it might feel a bit cramped for two people or a couple with a child. the food was impeccable with the chef’s grilled ...more

Lunch was included in our package, but the restaurant staff seemed unaware of this and initially denied us the meal. Their behavior was somewhat rude, but after verifying the records, they eventually acknowledged and provided the lunch.
