great location with stunning views the staff was courteous, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options. however, our stay did not meet the expectations we had from a welcom property. the rooms open directly onto an internal service road within the hotel premises, which compromises privacy. whenever we tried to access the balcony or open the curtains, there was almost always someone standing on that road right outside the balcony. additionally, this road is used for guest car parking, so yo ...more

We stayed at Welcome Hotel Mashobra for 3 days. It's was an amazing experience. The reception, stay, the view and the food all were exceptional. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable. The room had an amazing valley view. The food was amazing. The chefs have to be commended along with everyone at the restaurant . Everything tasted great and they even customized it at request. They have a game room with a PS4, VR and some board games. They also have a soft play area for toddlers. Thanks to Miss Keshwari , guest relations for making our trip really memorable.

Disappointed with My Stay – Not What I Expected from a “Deluxe/Superior” Room (301) I booked this hotel after viewing the pictures online and even decided to upgrade to a Superior room expecting a better experience. I won't recommend it.Not value for money. I booked for my first wedding anniversary requesting times and again to give the best view room at higher flor which included balloon decoration, flower decoration and complimentary cake. But let's see what happened. first of all I kept calling in morning but they received call in 5th or 6th time.
