My experience at Wellina Resort, Tapovan, was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff and management displayed outright hooliganism and treated us with shocking disrespect. What began with rude behavior . They forcibly extorted money from us, leaving us feeling unsafe and harassed.The so-called "manager" of the resort took the depravity to another level. Issue with cleanliness overall. We had to shift rooms. In addition, issue with availability of resources for breakfast as per our needs.

there were several complications with the locks that the hotel provided. also, as a recommendation, curtains could be given with each bunk bed to provide guests some privacy. i had not so great experience with some staff members as well, therefore resolving these issues as quickly as possible will be highly beneficial to future tourists

The rooms were clean, but the mattress wasn't that comfortable like hotels. The pillow from inside was not in the right condition. Also, they don't offer complimentary water bottles; they charge more than the MRP of the water bottles if bought from them. The washroom was clean. It doesn't have a great balcony view,
