poor hospitality, after taking bookings not opening the gate around 4:00 am for my daughter of age 21 years old and told her to go somewhere else. Even the customer care center himanshu bandari is also very rude. worst experience and I don't recommend it at all.

Reached hotel at 1:30PM, no one at reception, The reception was looking like an under construction stage.When I reached at room, 2 fellows were cleaning room told that room was just checked out. While my checkin time was 12pm.We were 4 persons, took id for only one, no photocopy facility was there. Just note down details and gave back.Entry: a steep ramp with fresh cow dung.Room 😂😂Bedsheet was finely streched but with full of pubic hairs.This type of rooms is available in any city per day.Tr ...more

staff was very unprofessional they have not provided our room in time and when they did it doesn't has any lock on it. also when we had asked for breakfast which was there with my booking then they had told us that we can eat only 1 thing per room which was not mentioned. i'll never go back to this place and so i don't recommend it even.

Had a amazing stay at this place. I stayed for over a week and the environment is pretty homily. They serve great food and the location is easiest to reach. It is right on the main road. I would highly recommend this stay if you're looking for a budget friendly and awesome stay. Balcony attached with rooms are big add on.

The best stay we had, market and cafes are easily accessible, surrounded with the small trails and treks, mesmerising view from every room, amazing food. And last but nit the least Sweet Hosts❤️ , helped us to choose the room also! Thank you for the Amazing Stay!! Privacy and safety!!
