The hotel was neat and clean. All amenities like AC, water heater, geyser, etc were provided. Overall, a very good value for money stay.

Great place to crash on a budget if you're going from India to Bhutan by road. Especially for ladies, it's safe and clean. Rooms are a bit small but if it's just for the night, it's good enough. Manager was kind and helpful. Food was below average. 3/5

Amongst the hotels available in Jaigaon its a decent stay. Rooms are clean and has all basic amenities.

Pros: Hotel location is near Bhutan permit office in Phuentsholing (Walking distance of 300-400 meters). Room was neat and clean. Cons: Room was small, they shut down the shutter at 11:00 pm so make sure you are not going out after 11:00 pm. It was such a hostel feeling lol.

pathetic experience.. wont recommend anyone to stay here.. unhygienic room.. stain on bedsheets and towels.. nothing in order..nobody available on front desk at 7:30 too in the morning.. phone inside the hotel not working.. had to climb stairs everytime wanted to check on something
