overall good experience, but the management have to maintain switches of all boards and lighting. hot water fascility not available due geyser problem as i shown in the picture.

hotel building is 👍,,, cleanliness is 👍
care taker's behaviour is good and helpfull, in the room given to me the Ceiling fan was moving very slowly and was lots of mosquitoes 🦟
I asked him to allot another room,,then he provide me another room

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at Super Deluxe room, which unfortunately fell far below our expectations.Upon arrival, we were given a room that had wet towels and bedsheets with noticeable stains and tears. Additionally, there were no slippers provided, there is no dustbin placed in the room which is a basic amenity that should be included.
