I booked deluxe room hotel gave standard room and later condition was bad bedsheet was very dirty towel was only half torn

No connectivity for wifi.. bathrooms were not hygenic.But location is very convenient..Near to MGR Chennai Central railway station...

One staff at the reception was rude. Wifi didn't work...there were some mosquitoes in the room. Everything else was fine.

The Hotel staff were courteous. Manager of Hotel was very supportive. The room was maintained well. For visitors requiring Pure Vegetarian Food, the restaurants are far away. Overall, for Comfort Stay and proximity to Central Railway Station, the Hotel is recommended

paid for 2 nights , while check in room not ready as per receptionist. waited for 30 mins. they give us room.
my humble request kindly fix the room and give for the guest by this condition unacceptable!!! worst experience first time...
