the experience was horrible.i didn't expect the staff to be rude .there is no room service .they are not cleaning the bedsheets.i didn't expected it to be this bad

The hotel is located on balmatta road with easy access to railway station, bus stand, auto rickshaw & taxi's.
The room's are clean with tidy bathroom. Hot & cold water is available 24x7, bed's are very comfy, has a wardrobe to keep your belongings, smart TV is available though with limited channels but will do & the internet is little bit slow. Both veg & non veg restaurants are available just opposite to the hotel & even the hotel has room service for food & drinks(juices & cold drinks)just c ...more
