Rooms are ok or average but location is little far from main road ei Mall Road . Hotel staff is polite but still service is very poor .

amenities were good but the service is worst then a 1 star hotel, i was checked in as a room number 105,due to some issues i asked to receptionist to change my room she alloted me room no. 306 but the key card was of 105 she said that the room will be open by that key card, whenever i use to go my room the key card denied to access, each and every time i has to go to reception and then the room was operated by master key by the hotel staff then i was able to unlock my room, such a pathetic thing ...more

The stay was horrible. There is no vehicle connectivity to hotel. You have to walk atleast 40 mins to reach hotel or go out of hotel everytime. On top of that the food in hotel is terrible so you need to go out everyday even if its for lunch/dinner. We had booked stay for 3 days but checked out after 2 due to this. The fact that food was terrible and no vehicle connectivity to hotel was causing major problems. On top of that cleanliness was major issue at this hotel.

staying in wild wood was a good experience. the staff was comparative. ms. aarti from wild wood was very helpful. reaching the hotel is a little trouble but at the end you feel good

The stay was exceptional, and the location is conveniently close to Mall Road. The hotel staff was extremely polite and always ready to assist. This was my second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place for families, friends, and couples. Stay here to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant experience during your tour.

had an amazing experience. the service is excellent- they provided us with complimentary heater and late checkin out because we were unwell. the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the view from the room is also amazing

I stayed in hotel wild wood mussoorie for one day and I were very happy with the stay. The hotel was located at a beautiful location in Mussoorie. Manager, Aarti is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious, food quality is very good. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
