room very low quality...water properly not come in room tap...no any one come to open room ... only give key .... front office staff behaviour ok...but other staff behaviour very rude....

the bucket and mug were dirty, the shower was not working in the ac room bathroom. the pool was also not clean on the second day

I am giving 3 rating because I was bit disappointed as no drinking water was given. If you are asking for water, they need extra money, pay, and use it. even after the purchase of water when I ask for glass... again, the answer is no only.
wifi is not working.....
I have booked for 2 days. still one day one room second day in other room. on request also not considered.
one good point is on demand they have arranged a good night machine for mosquito.

Over all its a wrong selection for anyone to come here, just dont see the less price and book it,
You will definitely regret it.
The room is pathetic, the service is worst ever, and facilities are even worst, the response from reception is too adamant and careless.
There is not a single good thing about this hotel.
Its a request to everyone, please do NOT book this hotel,
This has to close forever, its not worth of servicing people.
Its just a scam.

My family had a bad time staying in this hotel. I am very disappointed with the rooms we were given. One of the rooms was in a faraway corner of the property. The faucet in the washroom was broken and the ac was not working properly. There was no cable connection for the television so we could not use it. There was no room service available, no food or drinks were served at the room. The staff at reception was very rude and seemed overly strict. The swimming pool was also not properly cleaned. main check in Raat mein 1:00 baje karne ke liye reception per aaya to koi bhi nahin tha pura hotel sunsan tha bhoot Mahal jaisa lag raha tha
koi bhi kisi bhi kimat per is hotel mein Na hay chai hotel free mein mil raha ho to Abhi
