Poor service. we have booked this hotel for using pool but after check in we come to know that pool is not available on Monday. we went for breakfast at 9:30 morning but all the containers were empty.

Bed linens were torn we asked them to change.Kitchen exhaust was loud, could not sleep in the room. We had booked family room with balcony but we were provided with different family room.

truly a very good hotel ... rooms and atmosphere are worth the stay .. for the heritage look and feel.. Buffet Breakfast and the staff service makes it more awesome .

I think this hotel will be like Indeo swamymalai- kumbakonam. Not recommend for family. Too much liquor smell in rooms and swimming pool area. they using swimming pool area as open bar in evening and in afternoon they use as summer camp , no privacy for room guest. so the smell is there and really not suitable for ladies and kids. i stay here for 3 days. All empolyee are good problem short of man power, they need more employees to keep clean.
