i stayed at windsor rajadhani on 3rd may 2025, checking in around 5:30 pm through a goibibo booking for a deluxe double bedroom. what should have been a comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience.

room could have been maintained bit more well, sheets didn't seem fresh, there was leakage in bathroom.

i booked a room with a balcony, I have been unable to access the balcony due to the door being locked, and the hotel management has refused to open it.
Upon checking-in, I attempted to access the balcony, but the door was locked. I approached the hotel management, and they informed me that they would not be able to open the door. They said that they will not open the door.
then why u paid for a room with balcony. you can go with another hotels with balcony and good service.

We had stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed the hospitality and food. My spouse was having a sore back and had breakfast delivered to the room. Our only issue in the first half our stay was the internet speed but the tech staff was so kind to have a router installed in the room and surfing was so easy thereafter. Helpful and pleasant staff and great food and room service. We plan to be back soon
