The hotel room itself was beautiful and well maintained..It was a great experience staying thereHowever the way to reach this hotel is quite messed up..there is no parking in front of the hotel..we have to literally walk a 10-minute trek to the hotel..and at night this trek has no lights whatsover--total darknessThe route to reach the hotel is not kid/aged people friendly..even the entry stairs are just random mountain stoneswe have suggested them to improve the walking route and they are workin ...more

I just had to share my incredible experience at Winter Stone in Dharamshala! Everything was perfect - from the ideal location to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities. the staff was very nice and friendly and were simply just a call away even at 1 in the morning. rooms were nice and hygienic and the location of the hotel was also nice. Akshay and Prateek from the staff were really helpful. heads up to them
