location is good. price is ok for solo traveller but maintenance of rooms are not good... team work missing at hotel. no proper and sufficient ventilation in rooms... no elevator so support ... no tea even by 10 am in the morning... only best part was "hot water alway savailable " and it was winter so that only helped me to think to stay for 3 days otherwise i would have left the hotel on day 1 without asking for refund
