No Ventilation in the rooms.. It's too hot and kindly avoid this place., as rooms are hot like fire wood.. AC rooms is some what ok. If they are really honest they should let out non ac rooms as the structure of the rooms are very bad.

Stay was good, hospitality of the manager and staff was good. They arranged a cab for me to travel to coonor with affordable rate. Overall good experience.

I booked the hotel for ...per day for 2 days but I really felt the hotel was worth only ...per day.... heater wasn't working room was very aged.Not recommended

we had poor support from hotel management and they r keen in charging customers rather providing good amenities

They ordered a tuk tuk for 3.3AM for us. The hotel is close to toy train starting point. These are the only good points about this hotel.
Their restaurant was shut - something we were not told about before booking.
The hot water shower does not work properly - it cannot be used as a shower. The A/C does not work properly - it stayed at same temperature in room regardless. The bathroom sink and toilet were filthy and there was no toilet paper. We had to ask for more bedding, pillows and for towels.
The worst thing though is that the entrance to the hotel rooms was locked at night.

Okayish stay for a night. Location is on Ooty road which is good for the tourists.Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained

hotel was not clean..air condition working but have bad smell from it .no hot water availble.toilets not clean
