nice hotel with all basic ameneties very near to the tirumala peak . property was clean with a restaurant.
perfect for stay for darshan. Staff was very courteous.
they don't have luggage keeping facility.
location very good near to Budevi complex where you can get the free tickets for darshan

the stay was below average, they have not kept soap, sampoo etc. interiors and neatness is too bad, overall it's not worth for money. the only good thing is the view on the hillside.

the room fare isn't worth the room condition. we paid 3600 rs. for a night and the room which we got isn't worth more than 2500. it was mentioned that all rooms will be with hill view, but we didn't get one. their basement parking is horrible, with garbage surrounded everywhere.
also, our breakfast was included in the booking. had the worst buffet breakfast here. even at 9 am, vadas weren't served despite waiting for long, though they were readily served to restaurant customers.

I have been to this hotel thrice, hotel is at a good location. Food is nice especially the breakfast was very much enjoyable, however the quantity served can be increased. Cleanliness needs improvement as the exhaust seemed to be not working making our stay a not so great experience in my last visit only.

Hotel is clean and neat. From hotel room, great view of Tirumala hills.
Breakfast is very nice.
