Front office staff is definitely guest friendly. They will serve superb snacks or food even at midnight. Comfortable and cozy suite and rooms. Special thanks to Mr. Ankush (F&B manager) for making this stay pleasant and memorable. quick service, in-room dining and accepting even our small demands was the best part of our overall stay. Definitely a thumbs up for all hotel staff.

Very slow services being provided. For every little request we needed to wait an hour and no one was there to help us for luggage at time of check out! Being such a big chain of TAJ i felt hospitality is worsed! And even food not that good!

Hotel location right in the heart of the city, The hotel staff were incredibly cooperative and provided excellent room service. We also enjoyed the good quality food served at the hotel. However, our experience was somewhat marred by the room size ,the rooms felt rather small, lacking the grandeur expected of a 5-star hotel. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room size left a bit to be desired."
