despite having a valid out-stationed id, the hotel did not allow me to check in. i was the primary occupant with a valid id. the reason was that the additional guest with me possessed a local id. this has caused me extreme anxiety in the event of an upcoming curfew in the state of manipur and in the event of an internet ban, where i was unable to look for other hotels/properties.

Location, amenities and service was good but the surroundings were not good. The reception staff was cordial and helpful. Food was so so and overpriced.

Very poor service; hotel doesn't respond to the phone numbers or there direct lines doesn't work.Room service is very poor; some times hotel room phones doesn't and accessing the room service is major issue.
