I have not Checked in because of its a non standard hotel as well manager behaviour is not good he has drunked and asked for cancellation

our family reached hotel with 2 rooms booking at yamini hotel and they denied the room. we had to travel 8.5 km at 9:30pm to search for another room on the rush because there were no rooms available in palampur. such an unprofessional behaviour, i hv never seen in at that level of hotel. utterly disappointed.

The worst experience one can have. Rooms are stinging, toilet is dirty, toilet rooms were not closing. In one sentence, please don't stay even if it is offered free of cost.
