I booked for the superior room and got into a room were there was no window and there was no basic aminities kept we had to call to reception and resturant back to back to get water , bathroom kit and mat also.Very disappointed

I really loved almost everything, just need some upgrades, that's it , first thing to begin with hospitality was amazing by receptionist, Room service, restaurant staff was so comfortable you feel happy with , breakfast is just awesome you will feel its plentiful.
I VISIT FREQUENTLY TO KERALA, CALICUT. THIS IS GOING TO BE MY ONE OF FAVOURITE PLACE TO STAY AT CALICUT

The property is in great location in the centre of the city
Excellent and spacious rooms
Housekeeping stafs are attending the needs of the customer on time with out any delay
